Not been open long but this is a great space in the Old Customs House. We loved our brunch - menu is both reassuring and innovative with twists on favourite brunch menus. Cooking is excellent. Packed full of flavours. We started our weekend early with some tremendous cocktails- try the Bloody Caesar! Super friendly front of house too. In a very impressive collection of breakfast spots in St Ives this is a wonderful new addition
Great little spot in st Ives away from the hustle and bustle but still with a good view onto the harbour. We came with our baby and the hosts were super accommodating finding us a space that fit our needs. The food was brilliant, great small plates with flavours that just worked well together. The drinks are worth a go also! Will come back when we visit next.
Sweet little restaurant offering drinks and food. We popped on for a quick drink with friends. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Simple menu but enough choice. Tea and coffee served in huge mugs which was great value. Lovely views over beach. Ideal for a light lunch or a drink pitstop. No parking. Stairs to access.
Absolutely lovely newly opened spot along St Ives Harbour with a great, forward-thinking food and drinks offering and bonus sea views! We had the eggy French toast crumpets which were so delicious, along with equally as amazing cocktails. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, attentive and informative but not too overbearing. The only downside is not living in Cornwall so I can’t visit more, this place really deserves to do well!
I had the most lovely dinner at brine last night. The staff were personable and accommodating and the food was fantastic. My highlight was the chai cocktail, it was a top 5 cocktail!!!
One of the best places I’ve been in St Ives, couldn’t recommend more. Really great range of delicious food, excellent drinks selection, staff are so friendly and the view is right out over the harbour. Perfect.
Wonderful surprise eating here! Our night began trying to find a wine bar and we saw it was getting late and found Brine during the walk. We ordered a selection of their small plates between four of us which worked well, and as we tasted the food we realised what a find this place was! (Too late for photos). Definitely try the bifana sandwich (it’s pork and it’s lush!) tomato koftas and chorizo with white bean. Wine was great too. Apparently the dishes are some of the favourites of the owners who ate them during their travels. It was hard not to choose them all to be honest! Excellent friendly service, chilled vibe with a view of the sea and lighthouse. We will be back :)
